Arduino library Nokia 5110 LCD 2.0 released

2. LCDFillBlock() method added
3. Modify LCDclear() to take parameter to fill screen with pattern.
4. LCDCustomChar() method added to display custom characters
5. Added two new Large Fonts, Font 7 Large and Font 8 Huge
